How AgenticDome handles account, security, platform, telemetry, billing, and support information across the agentic AI security platform.

1. Scope
What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how AgenticDome collects, uses, stores, protects, and discloses personal information when people visit our website, request a demo, create an account, use our agent security platform, connect integrations, or interact with our support, billing, and operational teams.

AgenticDome provides controls for agentic AI security, including discovery, policy management, runtime guardrails, agent firewall workflows, mesh/API integrations, telemetry, reporting, billing, and governance evidence.

2. Information We Collect
Categories of information

Account: Name, email address, organization, role, login details, verification status, support requests, and communications.

Security: IP address, browser user agent, authentication events, two-factor records, session metadata, API key metadata, and audit logs.

Platform: Tenant identifiers, connected platform names, policy settings, guardrail configuration, scan frequency, deployment approvals, and integration status.

Telemetry: Agent identifiers, tool calls, prompts or excerpts supplied for policy evaluation, decisions, verdicts, trust scores, risk signals, and event timestamps.

Billing: Subscription plan, product assignments, invoices, usage records, payment status, and billing contacts.

3. How We Use Information
Service, security, support, and compliance

We use information to create, verify, approve, secure, and administer user accounts.

We use information to provide AgenticDome services, including agent discovery, runtime authorization, guardrail validation, risk dashboards, reports, audit evidence, and integrations.

We use information to detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to security incidents, misuse, unauthorized access, abuse, policy violations, and operational faults.

We may also use information for transactional notices, security alerts, support responses, service updates, commercial communications where permitted, and legal or contractual compliance.

4. Customer Data and Agentic AI Content
Customer-controlled integrations and content

Customers control what systems they connect and what content is submitted to AgenticDome for scanning, classification, policy decisioning, or runtime validation.

Submitted content may include prompts, files, records, tool inputs/outputs, logs, identifiers, secrets, confidential information, personal information, or sensitive information. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and notices required to submit data to AgenticDome.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Sessions, preferences, and service operation

We may use cookies, sessions, local storage, and similar technologies to operate login sessions, remember preferences, protect against fraud, measure website performance, and improve the service.

Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but some service features may not work correctly without them.

6. Disclosure of Information
When information may be shared

We may disclose information to service providers who support hosting, email, security monitoring, analytics, billing, payment processing, customer support, and operational tooling.

We may disclose information to customer administrators and authorized users within the relevant tenant or organization.

We may disclose information to integration providers where a customer connects a third-party platform and authorizes data exchange.

We may disclose information to professional advisers, auditors, insurers, legal representatives, government authorities where required or permitted by law, and relevant parties in a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.

7. Security
Protection of information

AgenticDome is designed for security-sensitive environments. We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information, including access controls, authentication safeguards, audit logging, tenant separation controls, API key handling, secure transport where configured, and monitoring.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and customers should configure integrations, credentials, and retention settings according to their own risk requirements.

8. Retention
How long information is kept

We retain personal information and customer data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, comply with legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business needs.

Retention periods may vary by data type, tenant configuration, service plan, and legal requirement.

9. International Processing
Where information may be processed

AgenticDome may process information in the country where the service is hosted, where the customer tenant is assigned, and where our service providers operate.

Where information is transferred across borders, we use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, the service configuration, and applicable legal requirements.

10. Your Rights and Choices
Access, correction, deletion, and objection

Depending on your location and relationship with AgenticDome or an AgenticDome customer, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or review of automated processing.

Some requests may need to be directed to the customer organization that controls the relevant tenant data. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing communications.

11. Children
Business and organizational use

AgenticDome is intended for business and organizational use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes and Contact
Updates, notices, and privacy enquiries

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the website, account interface, or email where appropriate.
